Wells City will be disappointed that they failed to take anything from their Toolstation Division 1 clash away at lowly Warminster Town after losing out in a seven-goal thriller.
City had lost manager Sam Andrews earlier in the week although a record of 4 victories in 18 league games is not a good return and getting back to winning ways as soon as possible is imperative.
Wells need to start picking up points to avoid being embroiled in a scrap at the wrong end of the table. Although alarm bells are not ringing yet, the fact that City have played more league games than the sides around them means a decent run of results needs to be achieved before Christmas.
Jamie Howson struck twice for the Blues and Jake Brown was also on target but, despite having to come from behind twice, strikes from George Butler, Tom Golledge, Alex Lapham and Jack Miluk stole the points for Warminster.
