With the appointment of Steve Laker as First Team Manager, he has been working on finding the right backroom staff to push the new look Wells City team forward. So he is pleased to announce that his New Assistant Manager will be Paul Comley, Paul has a wealth of experience in Western League football and will offer his indepth knowledge to the players as he becomes more active with the squad in the coming weeks.

In addition to Paul, Steve has secured the services of Taff Alexander as the first team physio. Taff is an ex serviceman and will bring structure and discipline to all that he does. We welcome both on to the Wells City Team and wish them all the success along side Steve for the 2017/18 campaign.

Steve also discussed the possibility to look for one further coach to support Paul and himself either in the capacity of a Goalkeeper coach or general coach who is aspiring to take that next step in their coaching pathway.
