Wells City 3-0 Radstock Town
After a poor performance last week Manager Sam Andrews welcomed back 5 players against Radstock, Wells were put under pressure early on with the hosts restricted to long range efforts, on 29 mins Wells took control of the game with Jamie Howson finishing well after a through ball from Ross McErlain, Radstock played the ball well on their flanks but never really bothered Alex Henderson in the Wells goal, Wells went into the break 1-0 to the good.
After the break Radstock attacked but couldn't get the ball past Henderson and his back four, a break down the right produced the 2nd goal for Wells with a great cross from Dan Williams was glanced in to the net by the head of Tom Manning on 63 mins 2-0, this goal settled Wells who then started to play nice passing football which on 67 mins brought Wells their 3rd goal when Manning crossed and McErlain struck an unstoppable shot from 25 yards out, sub George Carey though the had made it 4-0 but a great save from the visiting keeper kept him out to finish a great afternoon for Wells 3-0.
